The beginning of my childhood was profoundly marked by one of my grandfather’s passions – literature. For him reading, living, the writings of so many did not seem to be enough, so he began writing his own stories that still echo in my memory and in my heart. I remember that one day I went to him and asked “What are you writing about?”. Looking at me for only a second and returning his eyes at the ink stained notebook he answered: “My life”. Regretful, I confess that that was the last dialogue we had. After that I began reading, reading everything he was writing. Two years after his death, I had met someone who changed everything. I stopped reading and began writing myself. It was such a new feeling. It seemed to be never ending. It still feels. Since the first time, you may think I am exaggerating, but it really was the first time I saw her when I felt this sudden urge of writing. Words like “Thank you” seem meaningless compared to the things that you have done for me.

Don McLean
Famed for -- and ultimately defined by -- his perennial \"American Pie,\" singer/songwriter Don McLean was born October 2, 1945, in New Rochelle, NY. After getting his start in the folk clubs of New York City during the mid-\'60s, McLean struggled for a number of years, building a small following through his work with Pete Seeger on the Clearwater, a sloop that sailed up and down the eastern seaboard to promote environmental causes. PVPaul Verlaine
Poet francez si lider al simbolismului in evolutia poeziei. Stilul de viata a lui Verlaine a oscilat intre criminalitate si inocenta; s-a casatorit cu o tinerica in 1870 dar dupa un an s-a indragostit de tanarul poet Arthur Rimbaud, care avea 17 ani. Impreuna cu Stéphane Mallarmé si Charles Baudelaire au format asa numitul "Decandents". In opera lui Verlaine predomina doua impresii: doar "eu" este important si ca rolul poeziei este de a pastra momentele celor mai intense si unice trairi. A folosit atat forma clasica dar si versul liber si un limbaj simplu, muzical. Paul Verlaine s-a nascut in Metz, nord-estul Frantei, unde tatal sau, capitan de infanterie, s-a intamplat sa stationeze. Verlaine a fost singurul copil, dar alaturi de familia sa a trait si Elisa Déhee, o verisoara orfana, de care poetul s-a indragostit nebuneste mai tarziu. Poezia este stilul literar care permite gândului să exploreze fără limite – un mediu unde spațiul, timpul și chiar bunul simț devin maleabile, deschizându-se în absolut orice direcție. Ea este suportul pe care cuvântul poate lua orice formă și crea orice conținut, transcendând convențiile și constrângerile obișnuite. Mai mult decât o simplă artă a cuvântului, poezia este un mesaj universal, un limbaj care poate exista independent de receptor. Cititorul poate fi oriunde sau nicăieri, iar prezența sau absența lui rămâne neesențială pentru existența poeziei. Poezia este, așadar, o manifestare a libertății absolute, un univers în care sensul se naște și se conturează liber, rămânând fidel doar sieși.

Scriu de ceva timp, desi sunt constienta ca sunt in libera schimbare de stil. Inca mai caut si inca mai testez. In general scriu proza, am un roman terminat, dar m-am axat pe poezie in ultima perioada. Orice critica este bine venita, pentru ca am nevoie de coate-n coaste ca sa ma corectez.

M-am nascut acum 27 de ani in orasul bihorean Oradea. Am terminat Liceul Pedagogic "Iosif Vulcan" din acelasi oras, iar, mai apoi, am urmat cursurile facultatii de Istorie si Geografie a Universitatii Oradea, profil Geografia Turismului. Dupa terminarea facultatii, in anul 2009, m-am casatorit, mutandu-ma in judetul Suceava, unde ma aflu si acum. Anul acesta vom sarbatorii aniversarea a patru ani de la casatorie. Nu am copii dar imi doresc enorm de mult. Imi place sa scriu poezii, dar pana acum nu am publicat numic, considerand ca nu am prea mult talent si nici pregatire, ci doar o pasiune. Nu am un stil anume, vreau doar sa vad daca ceea ce scriu atrage atentia macar un pic, si deasemenea, imi doresc sa invat din critici. Cred ca acest site ma va indrepta spre o continuare sau spre o renuntare definitiva.
