Rasa Livada, poet, man of letters (1948-2007) *** Istaknuti srpski pesnik Raša Livada preminuo je 6. novembra u Beogradu. Autor je knjiga pesama Poprskan znojem kazaljki (1969), Atlantida (1972) i Karantin (1977), i poeme: Ranjeni ditiramb, Horoskop i Raðanje soneta. Izdavaèko preduzeæe ''Posveta'' 2006. godine po izboru Borislava Radoviæa u okviru biblioteke "Savremena poezija" objavila je zbirku njegove poezije Pesme. Objavio je i antologiju ''apolitièke poezije'' Svetska poezija danas (èasopis Gradac, 1981), koja je, zajedno sa njegovim pesnièkim zbirkama, izvršila znatan uticaj na potonje generacije pesnika. Proširena i dopunjena, ova antologija objavljena je u dva toma u izdanju ''Prosvete'' 1983. godine pod naslovom Moderno svetsko pesništvo. Prevodio je peziju Roberta Grejvsa, T. S. Eliota, Huana Himenesa, Jahude Amihaja i V. S. Mervina. Mario Luzi è nato il 20 ottobre 1914 a Firenze. Docente di letteratura francese all'Università di Firenze. Il 14 ottobre 2004 è stato nominato senatore a vita dal presidente della Repubblica Italiana (Ciampi). E' morto a Firenze il 28 febbraio 2005. Ha esordito come poeta nel 1935 con la prima raccolta La barca, cui fece seguito Avvento notturno (1940), testo esemplare dell'ermetismo fiorentino. An emissary of the Queen Christina of Sweden to the khan of the Tartars Islam Giray the 3rd, Iohann Mayer made a journey through Moldavia during May 1651. He was sent to accompany the Tartar messenger who had brought to the queen the letter of the khan that contained proposals of common operation against Poland and he was to hand over to the khan the answer of the queen as well. He passed through The White Citadel for the first time in December 1650 on his way towards Crimea. Now, in the summer of the next year, he was coming back on the same route and was finding again the same boatmen he had used six months earlier, on leaving. One cannot be aware of any other details of his winter journey towards Crimea, no other details about his itinerary through Moldavia he is most likely to have used to make his way to the khan` s court. Giacomo Leopardi nasce a Recanati nel 1798, dal conte Monaldo e Adelaide Antici. Nel 1803 l’amministrazione dei beni familiari è tolta al padre, che si ritira quindi in una velleitaria attività di letterato dilettante, e passa nelle mani della madre. L’atmosfera di casa Leopardi non è felice ed è caratterizzata dall’indole della madre, severa, bigotta e povera d’affetti.
