NANaim Araidi
Naim Araidi was born in 1950, in the Druze village of Marrar in the Galilee. He went to Hebrew school in Haifa, and continued to a PhD in Hebrew Literature. He teaches in Haifa and has published numerous books of poetry and prose both Arabic and Hebrew. He has been awarded the Prime Minister's Award; The Creativity Prize for Arabic Literature; and an honorary PhD from the World Academy for Arts and Culture. The town of Slatina is mentioned for the first time in an official document issued by Vladislav I Vlaicu on January 20th, 1386. Oscar Walter Cisek (n. 6 decembrie 1897, București; d. 30 mai 1966, București) a fost un scriitor român de etnie germană, diplomat și critic de artă, autor de nuvele, povestiri, poeme și eseuri în limbile română și germană. Nascut si crescut in Bucuresti. In clasele mari de scoala general am manifestat prima data interes real pentru literatura. Era insa in faza incipienta si din multe puncte de vedere, pueril. In 1997 am plecat cu parintii in Canada, unde am stat patru ani. Aici am descoperit poezia post-moderna precum Jim Morrison, Bob Dylan, Roger Waters si Thom Yorke. Alte influente, ceva mai clasice ar fi Nichita, Arghezi, TS Eliot si chiar Leonard Cohen. Actualmente student frustrat si autor nepublicat. Manifest interes pentru activitati cu caracter literar (am participat la concursul Altfel de Eminescu, organizat in cadrul ASE Bucuresti) si pentru jurnalistica, mai ales pe teme muzicale.
