he says to himself that was the last one
the land of the rising sun does offer him no more themes
the cherry tree bough does not inspire him anymore
takeshi kitano steps imposingly through tokio city
proudly as in a johnnie walker commercial
in the japanese afternoons with gheishas at the windows
takeshi kitano thoughtfully lights his cigarette
his shadow perpendicularly falling over the building
drawing a blind samurai’s sword
waiting to cut the air into thin stripes
takeshi kitano steps
like a samurai through the crowd
ahead him
the yakuza and boriokudan
have no shade of good presence
