my pillow has two eyes and when I sleep

their lashes fall so hard deep inside my eyelids that sometimes in the morning

I wake up crying.

dreams don’t mean anything

they are just a subconscious image

however,

there are moments when I imagine that

I detach and run from this sleep grasp with so much

desire that sometimes I fall asleep for many days

without getting to count or smell them.

in front of you I’m a pictorial of a naked woman,

even when I have the thickest clothes

and the darkest thoughts.

instead of sores, on my face I have different sorts of ideas

that I cannot makeup with powder

or foundation.

I can only hide them

with the red of your lips
