Olly Komenda Soentgerath was born as German in Prague. She studied Germanistik and History at the Karl University. First poems appeared in the \"Prager day sheet\". In the Federal Republic of Germany she published so far ten poem volumes and a Prosaband. Seifert translated her poems into Czech and published them in three volumes in Prague two years before she received the 1984 Nobelprize. The poems of Olly Komenda Soentgerath were published in numerous anthologies, newspapers and magazines. They were toned and translated into several languages - the authoress is member of the PEN- club.She won several literary awards kept among others being the Culture Prize for Bibliography 1992 endowed by the Free State of Bavaria; the Honour Gift of Andreas Gryphius; and in 1996 the Kuenstlergilde endowed by the Federal Ministry of the Inside.

Joseph Freiherr von Eichendorf *10.03.1788, Schloss Lubowitz (Oberschlesien), †26.11.1857, Neiße In der Literaturgeschichte gilt Joseph von Eichendorf als ein bedeutender Dichter der deutschen Hochromantik. Seine Verse sind einfach und musikalisch, ohne tiefschürfende Problematik, naturselig und religiös innig. Viele von ihnen wurden vertont. Joseph von Eichendorf kommt aus aristokratisch-katholischen Verhältnissen. Der Vater war preußischer Offizier. Das Gymnasium besucht der Jugendliche in Breslau und beginnt dort auch ein Jura- und Philosophiestudium, das er in Halle fortsetzt. 1810 schließt er sein Studium in Wien ab. Nach Stationen als Gutsverwalter und Militärzeit heiratet er am 7. April 1815 Luise von Larisch. Im gleichen Jahr wird er zum Kriegsdienst einberufen, um auf den Tag genau drei Monate nach seiner Vermählung bei de Besetzung Paris’ dabei zu sein. Ferdinand Ludwig Adam von Saar (born September 30, 1833 in Vienna, Austria; died July 24, 1906 in Döbling) was an Austrian novelist, playwright and poet. Together with Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach he was one of the most important realistic writers in the German language of the ending 19th century. ======================= Ferdinand von Saar wurde am 30.
