the rescuers are coming…

They trudged with open wounds
to save their colleagues from dying
they overcame their own fear
for an unexpected chance of survival
that could come from anywhere.
They had so much desolation and so much trust
that they managed to stubbornly defeat
the cold and the snow
by blowing in their nape of their neck,
breathing the fire
hour after hour
they know not to die
talking to themselves;
the night and fog were coming
the late and fear were threatening,
the rescuers are coming ...
