first I've learnt how to expect
and then I learnt not to expect what I want to expect and backwards
and so on and so forth like
a song that you really hate
and I realise that this is like that bullsh*t of FB where
I am the only kid that has got the guts to ask
do you like me, do you wanna know who I am and why or
you just want to scroll upwards and downwards
backwards and forwards like a
subtle and malign reproductive act
in the end it's the rejection I'm after because
it's predictable, easy and common in sense
and I am expecting for you to end it as quickly and painlessly
as humanly possible
