Emergency woman

I am emergency
Not constant care,
I am near by you
While you are on the edge,
Whilst you are frightened
I can be brave,
Unless it doesn\'t last,
I can pretend.
I would have liked prevention instead
But God gave me wings and tears
And I have to understand
That no one can stand
Rain and wind more than
Two seasons a year.
