rain tracks on the windshield
the rhythm spilling over the carbonized asphalt
feeling like an informational torrent from away
bytes running through aerial cables
and the oscillating incarnated heart
two complementary, interdependent sensations
the eye lividly submersed into the landscape
licks the image blurred by thoughts
dusk is a yellowish intestine of the sky
darkness biting again the rosy-grayish chunks
of the city and the night like a gangrene
completing a ritual delving into slumber
all is so intense, so irreversible
silence harasses passengers as
a robotic minotaur does
in preparing a filling of the brains
with the new day’s milk
