when clouds were walking hand in hand
and rain drops were dancing samba
when people gave each other a hug
when they met in the street
do you remember
do you remember the sun too shy to shine
the warm welcome of the grass
embracing our love
and taking good care of
the seed we planted in our souls
do you remember
I do remember your smile
making the old trees bow down
magpies jumping all around
in a black dance of victory
my heart following them
I do remember
I do remember two squirrels
kissing each other as an example
the forest offering its body
as a temple for our love
the night in the temple
