Între ei au vărsat o duzină de inele și 4 galoni de
vin- pe preșuri, întinși, și-au spus tot, au luat au luat
au luat vorba de cenușă tăgadă jurămintelor bune
- stai deoparte Melli, stai deoparte Paul,
‘ keep it among my blured face, as i come to kiss you

Paul, could i give you a good nice toast (?) to keep
yourself sweet and happy- troubled troubled, you’ll

And birds, what are they missing with that wings cored
- lifted their tiny gray bottle of being more than
blood and misty verge of human arms (?) it is hard to

Între ei au păstrat o duzină de flori, 4 magneți și o
cotăriță cu grâu, pentru maică-sa și pentru maică-sa sau
pentru mătușa Carri și mătușa Neptune- lui i-au dat
o mână de pământ pusă din fântâna cu doi curpeni prinși
de cumpănă, ei talpa lui de marmură neagră- prin dușul
galben al toamnei, când s-au dus toate păsările de răsărit
și grijalele de sticlă, găleata cu apă verde și cerul vărsat
în ea ca un pumn de făină.
