you know that castling while in check is illegal

and yet that’s exactly what you’re doing.

no rules. we agreed on that from the mere opening

* and i have to admit you had a great opening, my dear*

*queen’s gambit - that’s a certainty for winning*

but sometimes i find it hard to understand your game.

i almost gave up fighting against you last time.

i guess i didn’t really care about the pawns i was about to lose

or about what i was going to win

all i wanted was for you to tell me

„ great move, darlin’ „

and maybe to offer you a draw

i can’t stand fighting against you

i can’t stand your slow motions

your queen scares me

the look in her eyes the anger her possessive behaviour

make my bishops go waltzing out in black and red

i’m not as strong as a rock

i’m not even as tricky as my knights are

i’m just a Queen searching for...
