Aldous' father was the son of Thomas Henry Huxley, a great biologist who helped develop the theory of evolution. (Rom.:) Philippe Soupault a fost un scriitor francez asociat cu dadaismul și apoi cu mișcare suprarealistă. S-a născut în Chaville la 2 august 1897 și a decedat la Paris pe 12 martie 1990. Cunoscut mai ales pentru Câmpurile magnetice, prima scriere automatică, realizată împreună cu Andre Breton. Alte volume: Aquarium, Rose des Vents (Roza vânturilor), Westwego, Il y a un océan (Există un ocean), etc. (Fr.:) Philippe Soupault est un poète français, né à Chaville le 2 août 1897, décédé à Paris le 12 mars 1990.
