Lassi Nummi (born 1928) considers himself a prose-writer who has strayed into poetry. In a career spanning almost half a century and 25 collections of poetry, his preoccupations, and his central metaphors, have remained constant: landscape, trees, bushes, blades of grass. JTJan Twardowski
Jan Jakub Twardowski (June 1, 1915 – January 18, 2006) was a famous Polish poet, but, as he said of himself, he was a priest (of the Catholic Church) first of all. He was a chief Polish representative of contemporary religious lyrics. He wrote short, simple poems, humorous, sometimes with colloquialisms. He joins observation of nature with philosophical reflexion. Twardowski received many awards and medals for his output. Jan Twardowski was born on June 1, 1915 in Warsaw, Congress Poland, Russian Empire as a son of Jan Twardowski and Aniela Maria Konderska. Several weeks later his family was forced to move to Russia (it was World War I). After 3 years the family moved back to Warsaw. Carlos Fuentes Macías (born November 11, 1928) is a Mexican writer and one of the best-known living novelists and essayists in the Spanish-speaking world. Fuentes has influenced contemporary Latin American literature, and his works have been widely translated into English and other languages. Fuentes was born in Panama City, Panama; his parents were Mexican. Due to his father being a diplomat, during his childhood he lived in Montevideo, Rio de Janeiro, Washington, Santiago, Quito, and Buenos Aires. In his adolescence, he returned to Mexico, where he lived until 1965. He was married to film star Rita Macedo from 1959 till 1973, although he was an habitual philanderer and allegedly, his affairs—which he has claimed include film actresses such as Jeanne Moreau and Jean Seberg- brought her to despair. Son enfance dans la plaine du Pô a connu les sévérités et les tendresses d\'une Nature à laquelle il s\'est peu à peu identifié. Elle est devenue l\'épiphanie de sa vie intérieure, le visible de son invisible. Georges Rodenbach est un poète symboliste belge né le 16 juillet 1855 à Tournai. Issu d\'une famille bourgeoise d\'origine allemande – son père, fonctionnaire au ministère de l\'Intérieur, est vérificateur des poids et mesures ; son grand-père, vénérable de la seule loge brugeoise (La Réunion des Amis du Nord), chirurgien et député, est l\'un des fondateurs de la Belgique ; son grand-oncle a créé la brasserie Rodenbach - , Georges Rodenbach passe son enfance à Gand où sa famille s\'installe en 1855.
