I love…
The excited chatter of the birds,
when I bring them food,
the wind singing in the trees,
while the sky paints the dying sun,
I love the smile inside the full moon,
see flowers open in cold snow,
the sunny, salty taste of your skin,
how the waves play tenderly,
like children…
I love laughing with you,
and never tire listening
when your hands caress the violin
I love how the poetry of spring unfolds
and when life is easy,
watching the sun rise out of the sea
in the still dawn, dreaming…
to feel the sand under my feet,
and your warm hand in mine
