When love goes

It does not die, it\'s a metamorphose
It changes like the seasons do
From the fire that consumes you
To a warm flame burning in your heart
To a candle keeping alive your love
It will light one of many rooms inside
Full of memories of days gone by
They carved a landscape in blood and tears
Alive with the sounds your soul can hear
When it wanders around to remember the past
Watches it changing, the love that once was
The flower rising timidly out of the snow
stretches in spring, opens, starts to grow
In summer it blossoms with the kiss from the sun
Until the cold fierce autumn storms come
And tear all her fagile petals aay
Strip her bare, she trembles and fades
But the roots are strong, the seed is deep
It will be back, your love is merely asleep
