I want to say before I die
My life is strange, my ways are high
I like to rhyme, to pray, to dance
I wouldn't want to miss my chance
To live a life that doesn't seem
A copy of some other being
For what a waste and what a shame
To live the life not in my name
And when the mournful day will come
I'll know for sure that I have some
Some truth, some grace, some love to show
To Him, for Whom my life will bow
