Life's strange ways

'Cause everything that I have seen
Melted my heart; softened my skin
And I don't know why it was me
The one who saw what can not be
When all the others went to dance
There came the brightest light at glance
That took me over to some place
Without a name, nor form, nor face
Then after hours I was back
Not even knowing what the heck
'Cause everything did look the same
And yet so differently, insane
Until this day I do not know
If everything was just a show
I'm not complaining anyways
I'm just amazed by life's strange ways
