Above and beyond

They marched on and through my air
I just expanded on and through them
felt their strong passion and despair
all is happening carefully in rem,
my rem.
As I was overflowing my natural self
some angel casted an idea over me
and suddenly it became twelve
my shadow now stands before thee
as me.
Most people have their shadow behind
few are in command and use it as herald
might be a matter of heart and mind
or simply of maths and of a barrelled
set.
