YYYevgeny Yevtushenko
Yevgeny Yevtushenko Best known poet of the post-Stalin generation of Russian poets, Yevtushenko\'s early poems show the influence of Mayakovsky and loyalty to communism, but with such works as The Third Snow (1955) Yevtushenko become a spokesman for the young post-Stalin generation and travelled abroad widely throughout the Khrushchev and the Brezhnev periods. Yevtushenko was born in Zima in Irkutsk (July 18, 1933) as a fourth-generation descendant of Ukrainians exiled to Siberia. He moved to Moscow in 1944, where he studied at the Gorky Institute of Literature from 1951 to 1954. In 1948 he accompanied his father on geological expeditions to Kazakhstan and to Altai in 1950. His first important narrative poem Zima Junction was published in 1956 but gained international fame in 1961 with Babi Yar, in which he denounced Nazi and Russian anti-Semitism. Gianni Riotta (Palermo, 12 gennaio 1954) è un giornalista e scrittore italiano. Figlio di Salvatore, redattore del Giornale di Sicilia, esordisce nel campo del giornalismo a 17 anni, come corrispondente de Il Manifesto e come collaboratore delle pagine culturali del Giornale di Sicilia. Dopo essersi laureato in Filosofia all'Università di Palermo, nel 1976 si trasferisce a Roma. Poi passa a scrivere per la La Stampa e quindi, nel 1988, per il Corriere della Sera (grazie alla proposta di Ugo Stille di succedergli come corrispondente da New York). Negli Stati Uniti frequenta la Columbia University, dove si laurea in giornalismo. In 2008 a parasit tara pentru un post de munca in Italia, orasul Torino. Dupa numai 8 luni, la inceperea crizei mondiale, a revenit in tara. Dupa 3 luni a gasit, prin intermediul unor prieteni, un post de munca in Paris (Franta), unde are domiciliul si in momentul de fata. A inceput sa scrie de la varsta de 15 ani, fiind pasionat in special de poeziile de dragoste. Giuseppe UNGARETTI (1888-1970) s-a născut în Africa, la Alexandria. A trăit acolo până la 23 de ani; în 1912, a plecat nu spre Italia (țara părinților săi toscani, atrași în Egipt de construcția canalului de Suez), ci spre Paris, pentru studii la Sorbona. Tânărul Ungaretti își regăsește originile peninsulare abia în 1915, când se înrolează voluntar în armata italiană, intrată în primul război mondial! Albert Einstein was born at Ulm, in Württemberg, Germany, on March 14, 1879. Six weeks later the family moved to Munich and he began his schooling there at the Luitpold Gymnasium. Adelbert von Chamisso (January 30, 1781 – August 21, 1838) was a German poet and botanist. He was born Louis Charles Adélaïde de Chamissot at the château of Boncourt in Champagne, France, the ancestral seat of his family. Driven out by the French Revolution, his parents settled in Berlin, where in 1796 young Chamisso obtained the post of page-in-waiting to the queen, and in 1798 entered a Prussian infantry regiment as ensign. His family was shortly thereafter permitted to return to France; he remained in Germany and continued his military career. He was born in Paris, not, as was once thought, at Dourdan (in today's Essonne département) in 1645. His family was middle class, and his reference to a certain Geoffroy de La Bruyère, a crusader, is only a satirical illustration of a method of self-ennoblement common in France as in some other countries. Indeed he himself always signed the name Delabruyère in one word, as evidence of this. He could trace his family back at least as far as his great-grandfather, who had been a strong Leaguer. La Bruyère's own father was controller general of finance to the Hôtel de Ville. Akiko Yosano, 7 December 1878 - 29 May 1942) was the pen-name of a Japanese author, poet, pioneering feminist, pacifist, and social reformer, active in late Meiji period, Taishō period and early Showa period Japan. Her real name was Yosano Shiyo. She is one of the most famous, and most controversial, post-classical woman poets of Japan. Yosano was born the daughter of a rich merchant in Sakai, Osaka. From early childhood, she was fond of reading literary works while she helped her family business.
