Inspiration Inspiration Sit down she said, pen me a few lines, tell me of life, love, hopes and dreams. write to me of much happier times When love ruled your heart, and life it seemed Was full of possibilities, plans and endless schemes. 5 juin 1804 : mariage à Paris de Maurice Dupin et de Sophie Delaborde. Le 1er juillet naissance d’Amantine, Aurore, Lucile Dupin, leur fille, qui deviendra George Sand. Sa famille paternelle appartient à la grande bourgeoisie cultivée, et par sa grand-mère elle descend du maréchal Maurice de Saxe, allié par sa nièce Marie Josèphe, dauphine de France, à la famille royale.
