EMEdwin Morgan
Edwin George Morgan OBE (born 27 April 1920) is a Scottish poet and translator who is associated with the Scottish Renaissance. He is widely recognised as one of the foremost Scottish poets of the 20th century. In 1999, Morgan was made the first Glasgow Poet Laureate. In 2004, he was named as the first Scottish national poet: The Scots Makar. Morgan was born in Glasgow and grew up in Rutherglen. He entered the University of Glasgow in 1937 and, after interrupting his studies to serve in World War II as a non-combatant conscientious objector with the Royal Army Medical Corps, graduated in 1947 and became a lecturer at the University. He worked there until his retirement in 1980. Gershom Scholem (December 5, 1897 – February 21, 1982), also known as Gerhard Scholem, was a Jewish philosopher and historian raised in Germany. He is widely regarded as the founder of the modern, academic study of Kabbalah, becoming the first Professor of Jewish Mysticism at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Scholem is best known for his collection of lectures, Major Trends in Jewish Mysticism (1941) and for his biography Sabbatai Zevi, the Mystical Messiah (1973). His collected speeches and essays, published as On Kabbalah and its Symbolism (1965), helped to spread knowledge of Jewish mysticism among non-Jews. He was awarded the Israel Prize in 1958 and was elected president of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities in 1968. Neale Donald Walsch a crescut într-o familie Romano-Catolică în Milwaukee, S.U.A. A cântat în corul de copii al bisericii locale. The name is spelled with an \"s\" and not a \"z\" because Asimov\'s father didn\'t understand the English alphabet clearly when the family moved to the U.S. in 1923. Scrivo poesie da circa 16 anni ma non sempre ho ispirazione.A volte sono stato anche due anni senza scrivere poesie.Se non c'è sentimento e ispirazione nello scrivere.....i romeni dicono:"DEGEABA". Ogni poesia è vuota,piatta,inanimata! Ho partecipato a vari concorsi locali di poesie,ma solo una volta sono stato premiato con la pubblicazione di una mia poesia su un libro di antologia.

Halina Poswiatowska, de son nom de jeune fille Myga, est née le 9 juillet 1935 à Czéstochowa, non loin de Cracovie. En 1958 elle débute avec un premier recueil de vers intitulé Hymne idolâtre. Cette année-là elle subit sa première opération du coeur. Elle publie encore deux recueils de poèmes, Le jour d\'aujourd\'hui, en 1963, et Ode aux mains, en 1966, ainsi qu\'un tome de prose, Récit pour un ami, en 1967. Halina Poswiatowska est morte le 11 octobre 1967, quelques jours après une deuxième opération du coeur. Un recueil de vers posthume est paru en 1968, intitulé Encore un sowyenir, en 1975, les Editions Littéraires de Cracovie (WydawnictWo Literackie) publient un Choix de poèmes qu\'elles rééditent en 1989.
