My name is Tudor Damian, but friends call me Tudy. I was born April 12, 1984, in Bistrita, Romania. I have been living in Cluj-Napoca since 2003. A few things about me: I work in System Administration for a hosting company in the US, and I’m interested in technology, web standards and systems and network security. I also like anything that has to do with astronomy & astrology, photography, chess, logic puzzles, new-age music and oriental philosophy. As far as my literary preferences go, I like "classic" Sci-Fi (Isaac Asimov, Frank Herbert, Arthur C. Clarke, Douglas Adams) and English poetry (William Blake, Edgar Allan Poe). Over the years, I won a few prizes at local and national poetry and prose contests, and had my texts published in a few magazines. John Saul s-a nascut pe data de 25 februarie 1942 in Pasadena, California si a crescut in Whittier. A absolvit in 1959 Whittier High School. A inceput mai multe facultati (Antioch, in Ohio, Cerritor, in Norwalk, California, Montana State University si San Francisco State College) fiind atras mai mult de antropologie, teatru si arta, dar nereusind niciodata sa obtina vreo diploma. Dupa ce a plecat de la colegiu, a decis ca cea mai buna modalitate de a absolvi un colegiu ar fi prin publicarea unui roman, fapt care l-a determinat ca urmatorii 15 ani sa lucreze in diverse domenii, in paralel scriind mai multe manuscrise ce spera ca vor fi publicate. Indiferent daca ar fi fost vorba despre probeme industriale sau eforturile unei dactilografe, John este in masura sa redacteze un material captivant si interesant. He attended Harvard as a special student from 1897 to 1900 but did not graduate; he graduated from New York law school in 1903 and was admitted to the New York bar in 1904, the year he met Elsie Kachel, a young woman from Reading, whom he married in 1909. They had one daughter, Holly Bight, born in 1924, conceived on a leisurely ocean voyage California via the Panama Canal that they took to celebrate the publication of his first book. George R.R. Martin was born September 20, 1948 in Bayonne, New Jersey. His father was Raymond Collins Martin, a longshoreman, and his mother was Margaret Brady Martin. Alan Seeger, born on June 22, 1888 and died July 4, 1916, was an American poet who also fought in World War I. Born in New York, Seeger moved with his family to Staten Island at the age of one and remained there until the age of ten. In 1900, his family moved to Mexico for two years, which influenced the imagery of some of his poetry. His brother Charles Seeger, a noted musicologist, was the father of the American folk singer, Pete Seeger.
