M-am nascut pe-un fund de mare...caci asa se spune, ca la poalele batrenei Tampe a fost candva o mare...am vazut lumina zilei in miezul fierbinte al verii, la 30 iulie 1983...parintii si bunicii mei mi-au insuflat dragostea pentru literatura, si in special pentru poezie inca din frageda pruncie... Liceul l-am facut tot la poalele Tampei, la Colegiul National Unirea, clasa de Filologie, unde, sub indrumarea domnului diriginte Viorel Micu am inceput in anul intai sa iau parte la cenaclul literar al liceului si in scurt timp, mi-am vazut tiparite, franturi de ganduri si de inima in revista liceului- "Alpha". Am facut parte din colectivul de redactie pana in ultimul an,cand, sub ocrotirea si indemnul scriitorului si profesorului meu de Literatura Universala, domnul Nicoae Stoie, mi-am facut duplex-debutul(impreuna cu o colega si prietena buna) in "Foaie pentru minte, inima si literatura", editia din 23-24 februarie 2002, cu poemul in proza "Adam si...Eu"... Don Miguel de Cervantes y Saavedra
It is not known for certain the exact date of his birth, but since according to Spanish tradition the Christening was carried through very closely after the birth, there is no doubt that his birthday was in 1547. The actual date of the Christening was October 9th, 1547 at the city of Alcala de Henares. Since then, little is known of his childhood, other than he lived with his family in Valladolid, Madrid, and other Andalusian cities. Finally, they settled in Madrid, and afterwards, he became the attendant to the Cardinal Acquaviva in Italy in 1569 . Later on, Cervantes enlisted in to armed forces for the naval Battle of Lepanto (it took place on the 7th of December of 1571) where he was injured. This meant the handicap of his left hand, but he still continued as a soldier, on his voyage returning to Spain 1575 in the galley Sun, he fell prisoner of the Turks when it was over powered. A Midwestern boy with an urbane twist, Thurber mixed comical reminiscences of his Ohio childhood with wry observations on modern times and the battle of the sexes. (His best-known story is The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, the tale of a henpecked husband who escapes into heroic daydreams.) Pete Brown
(b 25 Dec. \'40, London) Poet, lyricist, singer, producer, percussionist. Active on London jazz-poetry scene early \'60s, then worked with Cream, writing lyrics for hits \'Sunshine Of Your Love\', \'White Room\', \'I Feel Free\', \'Politician\' etc which he said would pay the rent for the rest of his life. After Cream split \'68 he continued to work with Jack Bruce (see his entry), also his own Jazz Poetry \'66, A Meal You Can Shake Hands With In The Dark \'69 (as Pete Brown and His Battered Ornaments, Chris Spedding on guitar), Things May Come And Things May Go, But The Art School Dance Goes On Forever \'72, and Thousands On A Raft \'70 (as Pete Brown and Piblokto, with Jim Mullen). He worked with other groups; an album of demos by Back To The Front was later issued. He co-led Bond and Brown with Graham Bond \'72 (see Bond\'s entry); was part-time A&R and producer for Deram \'73--5; well-received poetry album The Not Forgotten Association \'73 had backing incl. Mario Luzi è nato il 20 ottobre 1914 a Firenze. Docente di letteratura francese all'Università di Firenze. Il 14 ottobre 2004 è stato nominato senatore a vita dal presidente della Repubblica Italiana (Ciampi). E' morto a Firenze il 28 febbraio 2005.
