Where are you going, my love?
This feeling so cruel, so tough,
don’t abandon my heart again,
I have to feel this intense pain
you want to leave this broken home,
escape the tears and leave me alone?
Where are you going, my hope?
You, who are my guide, my road,
the carriage taking me to paradise,
the horse that throws my soul from high,
down into the deepest hell,
stay and mend its broken shell!
Where are you going, my passion?
You, who are my song,
the fire of my feelings,
my thought’s tireless wings,
which carry me so free
into the centre of eternity
There’s no life without love,
no birds singing above
my heart can’t keep on beating
when your shadow inside me is fleeing,
I want to drown in your roses and live,
fall into your swords and cease...
