The end of a story that never began
I\'m not sorry I\'ve known you then
Hopes, illusions, shadows on a wall
Like holes in the clouds they fall
Apart
Taken by the wind like my heart
And blown into the sea of time
When your hand slipped out of mine
Shattered dreams, I hate you so
And you don\'t even know
Our love, a book of half empty pages
Like roses, the writing has faded
The sun is shining, I don\'t want to see
For cold and frost is all I can feel
But I wish you well and that is true
I will always be there for you
This is a lesson for me, I guess
To love you, nothing more, nothing less
Despite the tears, I still love you so
And you don\'t even know
I\'m falling into the melody
That wants to kill my pain
Like a friend it comes to me
To comfort me once again
One day I\'ll find my heart that was
swept away like broken glass
