I hesitate to go to bed.
I'm terribly afraid
That I will not dream with you tonight.
Thought settlements are lurking,
There is too much reproof between us,
Too much fear.
No one knows, neither you
nor I
What will happen in our dreams.
Maybe you won’t show up
And I will have to survive
In insalubrious stations of insomnia.
