We have met before,
By a lake...near the sun…
Shrouded in a darkness like velvet…
Counting the stars…
You whispered my forgotten name
And held my hand cold as the dewdrops...
Wrapping me in your warmth
Wrapping my soul in dusk…
You knew my eyes of twilight
From a long dusty dream…
The beautiful star shining inside of you…
Inside your arms…there lies
The sweetness of the land
The peace of the waving sea…
The silver road crawling upon the ghostly hills…
Towards the twilight…
Towards my lost home…
