darkness falls
into her eyes
I see a flame
burning in the heart
of ancient warriors
swords of steel lie
deep in the lake
the tears of restless lands
facing the future
cruel world coming
to an end
of lost civilisations
all over again
I see my face
my eyes smile in the mirror
of time and age
seems to take over
me myself and I
twist the sands of time
dust is in the air
smoke rises from the ground
stepped on by mortals
are on their way
the kingdom of heaven opens
in front of the gates
a demon laughs
we are all doomed
or so the story tells
