how they fucked in a corner
the whole afternoon
his coat over mine
in a room where youth
pushed its feathered chest out
like peacocks at Leeds Castle
skins emanated diferent smells
as tongues curled inside
in colourful accents
at break by the cafeteria
they stole kisses from boyfriends
with their eyes perched on top of our noses
like glasses in a 3 d cinema
we watched
the invigilator dozed off
gone for a while back to her first love
you may put the pens down
she said at the end
your hands jerked out
from the nest between my breasts
soon after went back to our lives
