We, the pilgrims of the desert
- bodies tremble inside their contours –
our shadows proceed us as we move along
the desert thirsts
the horizon is so near
the horizon is everywhere
the horizon of thirst
calls the pilgrims of the desert
echoes proceed our parched voices
shadows double back
echoes-chaos repeats itself
light focuses on
obliterating the shadows
voices wipe away echoes
the reverberations fade
the resonance of the light
the shadow of the voice remain
a dull, vast sound -
the desert
