helping yourself through helping others

On a lighter note

of merry me,

let me send light

to all of thee

Spill loving words

to the universe,

kindness and compassion

may I always rehearse

I will harm none, hurt not one,

we shall lift each other up

and in the time of hunger and

thirst, let me offer you my cup

Help me to know not a stranger,

teach me to soothe away the tears

and always let me walk the path

of harmony throughout my years
