Unwanted and silent, unforgiven memories
Embrace me through sleep mares, them uglies
By regret and amazement eroded, memories
exhausting the why-nots and tiresome maybes
One dream too many, them young memories
Keep vigil around me, my sleepy injuries
Impossibly wanted, unoccurred memories,
Untaken chances, lost opportunities.
