polluted lovers

a million broken instances
salute my fears and the
noise materialized in children’s laughter
fills a space_blank
into an unknown consciousness
that simply is;
and never may that sun shine again.
whip thy lover, unloved one,
always adorned
and upon your face, a face-like mirror
caressing this unchallenged desire;
to have rather than to be.
anything between those two points
is pointless.
and rats cover the unmasked graves
of false heroes and dead mothers.
and that is all;
for even this vision
is impaired, and the green
was never this grey.
