LONGING

The strips of soul snatched from loneliness
Are waiting for our first dew.
From the agitated rustling of the quick sands
There arise questions anchored by smoldered lips
Vaguely moistened by unspoken replies.
I have been eagerly looking for you in my dream
Shattered in the sun-up of your whispers of love,
Uncurbed waves toward eternity.
Hidden in the dipper of your palms
You sip the life’s water - source of waterfall.
Abandoned to throbs
They turn to the harp of simperings.
Your waves murmur, sanctifying my mysteries,
Harmonious hymns scratched on the body.
We are the genesis of the new word,
Longing for you, longing for me, longing for us.
