Forgiving thoughts

Unfortunately many people do not understand that forgiveness is not a favor you do other people but on the contrary doing so we do a big favor to ourselves [...] And if not forgive, the pain will remain inside and you will slowly reach the grinding halt in a painful manner. When forgiveness comes in heart and mind, that will be the time when you let the wound heal for good. Forgive and forget if you truly want a future and a life.
