Vicente García-Huidobro Fernández (January 10, 1893 – January 2, 1948) was a Chilean poet born to an aristocratic family. He was an exponent of the artistic movement called Creacionismo ("Creationism"), which held that a poet should bring life to the things he or she writes about, rather than just describe them. Huidobro was born into a wealthy family in Santiago. After spending his first years in Europe, he enrolled in a Jesuit secondary school in Santiago where he was expelled for using a ring, which he claimed, was for marriage. He studied literature at the University of Chile and published Ecos del alma (Soul's Echoes) in 1911, a work with modernist tendencies. The following year he married, and started to edit the journal Musa Joven (Young Muse), where part of his later book, Canciones en la noche (Songs in the Night) appeared, as well as his first calligram, "Triángulo armónico" ("Harmonic Triangle"). M-am născut în Oradea, acum 53 de ani. Nu pot spune că viață m-ar fi tratat cu mîini înmănușate, dar încă sunt în ring! Membrii mei de familie, mă consideră hiperoptimist, cred că au de ce. Deodată îmi place umorul - inclusiv satira, absurdul - și romantica. Sunt vesel, amar și vice-versa. Există lucruri pe care le iau prea în serios. Mă consider foarte empatic, tolerant. Toată viața mi-am trăit-o în Transilvania. Prin Mama, am legături stranse cu secuimea, dar ei, cu Tata, au luat-o deja pe calea stelelor. Ma intereseaza foarte mult teologia, filosofia, limbile străine, literatura, și multe-multe altele. In tinerete am început să scriu poezii, dar proza scurtă a devenit marele favorit. În forma tiparita (in lb. maghiara) mi-au apărut volumele "Nagyító alatt"-(Sub lupa) "Le a láncokkal"-(Jos cu lanțurile, "A nonkonformista"-(Nonconformisul"). *10.11.1759 in Marbach, +09.05.1805 in Weimar Friedrich Schiller studierte auf der Hohen Karlsschule in Stuttgart Recht und Medizin. Die drakonische Erziehung an dieser Schule hat seinen legendären Freiheitsdrang wesentlich geprägt. Das erste Drama Schillers, „Die Räuber“ (1781), ist die künstlerische Ernte seiner jugendlichen Abrechnung mit der herzoglichen Willkür. Weitere dramatische Werke im Geist der Sturm-und-Drang-Bewegung flossen aus Schillers Feder in den Jahren 1783 – 1784: „Die Verschwörung des Fiesco zu Genua“ und „Kabale und Liebe“. Seine Dramen „Don Carlos“, „Wallenstein“, „Maria Stuart“, „Die Jungfrau von Orleans“, „Die Braut von Messina“ und „Wilhelm Tell“ trugen wesentlich zum Erfolg der deutschen Klassik bei.
