Your will.”
Ps. 142, 10
I was “a blade of grass, I was ear, I was corn”.
And now, God ?
Teach me the survival of this hour,
torn from Your cosmic time.
Give me the power to endure
the blows of life...
Teach me, God,
how to keep silent, to restrain myself,
teach me, God, how to forgive,
how to stifle revenge, teach me, God !
Teach me how to wait, to have patience
in these trying times,
and give me the power of hope !
