FALLEN ANGEL
Gather the sand the last storm has laid on your night table,
Hold it in your hand and inhale its smoothness,
Taste the last idle drops of rain
That dwell on your ignorant window,
Open the door
And let the wind rush into your room,
Welcome the remembrance
Of the most revolted tempest
That chased your angel soul away from heaven,
Remember your deserted feeble prayers,
Your dying words
That were going down with you
Like lifeless leaves of late autumn;
Remember the resurrection you loathed
And the murderer darkness you embraced,
Remember about the eternity you denied
And the misleading appearances you leant towards,
The luring tunes you can no longer hear,
The bliss you can never again catch a glimpse of…
Remember the hand that tried to prevent you from falling,
Remember the heart whose love you despised,
Remember your merciless blows
And your tremendous fall…
The collapse of a fallen angel…
