My soul is open

My soul feasts on the space
no coat of flesh can stop it soar:
filled with God’s grace,
from fear free, my soul’s a boat,
the universe, the sea on which I sail,
my faith – the oar.
My soul is a wide-open space
I am the point in which
the four directions meet,
so I absorb them all,
towards the simple mystery of life
forever trustful drive my fleet;
lofty ideas or minute details,
there is no thing that I reject but let
myself imbued with it.
