Don’t ask, I’m not prepared to reply

Don’t fly in a hurry, we’ll meet goodbye

Don’t change too much, be just you.

And please don’t whisper anything untrue

When you need me, I’m always there

When your smile is gone, I have one to share

When hope runs out, I’ll bring it to life once more.

Please help me breathe, like I did before

If your eyes fail to see, I’ll guide you with care

If the mind is not ready, I’ll help you prepare

If the heart sees no dreams, I’ll show it the sky.

I need you so much, please push me to try

Far or close, hope you’ll know

If you want me to be, just embrace the snow

May our trails leave marks to eternally glow

I never want “forever” to let go
