Sunshine of midnight

Sunshine of midnight
It is pitch-dark
a huge nugget throws
its fragment over home.
Its yellow pierces
the pile of shadows in the dark
that its trident depicts
and crosses at every visit.
Sleep dies, light dazzles senses,
ears hiss awakening.
Mind awakening is on the way,
tomorrow is not that far.
The cold warms up ice into water,
heat blows out the flame for bravery
that announce hope for day.
