Just once, I want you to see how this feels.

  One look puts me over the wake,

And it’s a pain to find my way back.

  Never before have I felt this way, and I

Never want it to stop.

Anything I look at somehow reminds

  Me of you, and I force myself to look

               away.

These arms are open, always. Waiting

  To catch your fall from

     him.

      (even though I know you won’t)

Waiting for you to realize that

  Some days I sit and wait for your call.
