Today, I was walking, thinking of you
Thinking, thinking, thinking…
I don’t know why, but just out of the blue
I thought I should be drinking…
Still thinking and walking I stepped on a fly
Just squashed it under my shoe…
I don’t know how, I really don’t know why
I was thinking of you…
It squirmed, and I guess it screamed for a second
That’s all it could do…
And I praised my shoe and my fly squashing method
While still thinking of you…
I wonder if that fly could scream or cry
Or be happy about something new…
But goodbye little fly, see you in hell, by-by…
Cause I’m still thinking of you
I scraped it of… !!disgusting!!… I spat…
Questioning my feelings for you…
And wondering if a fly could fear its little death
Cause I sure hope you do… :))
