this is about me

living in the blind side

sitting there waiting for some major event to spell me out

inside is a cloudy silence between us

dark is leaking around from your wall

and I plea for a window but you don’t listen

I keep telling myself real life will start soon

as soon as you admit that I have to come out

we never speak

never touch each other

all this time was enough for you just to know about me

watch me through the mirror

let me struggle alone

but I do feel your restlessness and you do feel my power growing

so when the time comes

I will start pushing from the inside

to the edge of the eyes

until you become more and more resilient

to embrace me

accepting that only together

we could give birth to the

so long unseen
