after all we are just children
and we love to swim through
others
sometimes we drown
& all there\'s left
is the silence that we shyly wear like
a canvas
sometimes we fly like dolphins & then
time stops for a quarter of a moon
and rests on our shoulders
someday we\'ll stop swimming/ we\'ll be old men then
without the earthly joy of/ falling
we\'ll spend our days remembering/ and time will
boldly keep flowing/ without ever
stopping
