and they roam the streets/ casual zombie couples with loud/ monster children/ men look like captive wolves/ women seem content & dying/ we share expenses, share the panic/ we fuck on every/ Sunday morning/ and God knows we love each other to the point of/ self-denial/ eyes wide cut/ and wings quite torn/ this death is painless & prolongued
