Razorblade tongue

and a grin of delight,

all I was as I tried

to live through each night

by your side...

Poisonous fangs

bit through each kiss;

I played my little game

it was mostly hit and miss,

but love just the same.

I\'m sorry I left

and you don\'t understand,

I\'ve always played tight

now I can\'t show my hand,

I grew into this fight.

And I\'m sorry I told you

that nothing was true

when the colours faded

in my love for you,

black and white left me jaded.

All that\'s left is goodbye

and I\'ll miss you sometime,

what else can I say?

Tomorrow is (by definition)

another day.
