Finding Happiness

From the thought that the day
When I got married
Would be the happiest day of my life.
I thought that the day that
I gave birth to my child
Would be the happiest of times....
From the sky above,
to the Heavens on Earth
God granted me the strength to hold on
God sent me that happiness
I have longed for.
A prayer that I said
Everyday...Every night
Wishing, hoping and praying
That one day
I would meet true happiness.
Thanks Lord for sending me the happiness
That I have wished for.
Thank You for granting me the happiness
To warm my heart ,my body and soul.
